>> ABHAYASA (PRACTICE): Practice/discipline to attain and remain in a
state of harmony with self.
>> VAIRAGYA (DETACHMENT): Defines to be free from all materialistic
attachments and free yourself with feelings such as – Ego, Pride,
Fear, Aversion, Inferiority and superiority complex.
>> VIVEKA (RIGHT UNDERSTANDING/DESCRIMINATION ): An attribute of
spiritual practice to realize the difference between Real and Unreal,
Eternal and Temporary, Self and Non-self, Pleasure and Bliss.
>> SANTOSHA (CONTAINMENT): Practice to free yourself with cravings and
desires to pursue to a deep inner peace.
